The following reference is from the memorandum provided by the DHS, identifying pest control as essential critical infrastructure workers during the COVID-19 Response. 

Page 6, 11th Bullet
Food and Agriculture Sector
"Employees of companies engaged in the production of chemicals, medicines, vaccines, and other substances used by the food and agriculture industry, including pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, minerals, enrichments, and other agricultural production aids"

Page 9, 3rd Bullet
Public Works Sector 
"Workers such as plumbers, electricians, exterminators, and other service providers who provide services that are necessary to maintaining the safety, sanitation, and essential operation of residences"

Please be advised the shelter-in-place or stay-at-home orders issued by individual cities that reference this information may not be complete, but they are referencing this information as a whole. 
We have also provided a form here for your employees to keep with them verifying that they are an employee of your company, and traveling to or from work, to perform pest control and extermination services, the continued operation of which is vital for security, national economic security, national public health, and safety.
